Our Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required for ALL CLIENTS. Balance is paid after the service is completed.
  • Appointments can be rescheduled at no additional cost with 24hr notice once the slot required is available.
  • Same day rescheduling and no-show without communication will result in deposit being forfeited.
  • If more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will either be cancelled or if a slot is available you can still be accommodated.
  • No show without communication will automatically result in you being barred from booking with us in the future.

Before Booking

  • Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long or the length of a rice grain for reference in order to be waxed. If not, trimming will be added to your service at an additional cost.
  • Loose clothing should be worn to and after your wax appointment.
  • You can take a pain reliever 30 minutes before your treatment if needed.
  • Avoid alcohol or any form of caffeine 24hrs before your appointment.
  • Please exfoliate using a mild exfoliant 2 days before and after your wax appointment, 2-3 times per week is also recommended for best results.
  • Avoid excessive sweating so no gym or intercourse until 24 hrs after your wax appointment.
  • Do not apply lotions, oils or deodorant to the area to be treated before coming in for your wax appointment.
